Naveen Ganapathi Naik was originally hired as a line cook at Atithi Restaurant Kundapur, in the space of only a few years, advanced first to Manglorean Chef and then, in 2009, was promoted to become Chef of Kundapur. After that, Naveen Ganapathi Naik moved across the street from Kundapur to Bangalore, taking on the position of Chef of the Mangalorean taste in Bangalore he worked at Karavali and Maravanthe in the coastal restaurant. Currently, Naveen has taken on the challenge of creating elegant dishes of mangalorean food in a wide range of culinary styles that is signature & started his new restaurant in Manglorean Sea Palate in Bangalore. He has been well known as one of the best entrepreneurs who’s been delivering the authentic taste of mangalorean dishes.
