Every gravy is ground fresh, every crab and prawn sourced daily, and every recipe carries the weight of a Mangalorean kitchen passed down rather than written down.
Today, two outlets in Bengaluru carry that same kitchen forward — one in Jayanagar, one in Kumaraswamy Layout & Uttarahalli — each serving the same fire, the same ghee roast, the same fuss over getting it right.
